We love our crock pot so much that we invite it over once a week and allow it to cook for us.
Seriously, I use it at least once a week and would use it more, but I do not want my husband to think that is the only way I know how to cook.

Here are some of our favorite recipes.
This one is fantastic and I must cook it at least once a month:
Chicken and Dumplins'
· 2 cream of chicken
· Onion
· Chicken Broth
· Chicken
· 2 Tablespoons butter
· 2 cans biscuits
Directions
1. Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker, and fill with enough water to cover.
2. Cover, and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High. About 30 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.

Italian Chicken Over Rice
Place 3-4 chicken breast in the crock pot. I always use frozen
Combine in a separate bowl:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
Seasoning of your choice!
Pour mixture over chicken in crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Serve over rice
Sante Fe Chicken Over Rice
Just a different flavor than that above!

Sante Fe Philadelphia Cooking Sauces or 8 oz cream cheese and taco seasoning

- Pot Roast Mixture
Wash and cut the potatoes. Follow directions on Pot Roast Crock Pot Mixture.
Any type of homemade soup - vegetable, potato, etc.
