How was your Easter Holiday?

Ours was great! We did not go to Mississippi since we were there last weekend, however we celebrated at home with a Saturday evening meal with our Alabama family ...

I love having our home filled with laughter and good times!

I made some bouquets using our flowers that are blooming ...

I was very excited to see these beautiful girls blooming ...

I love my peonies! They are my favorite flowers next to zinnias, and always remind me of my grandparents.

The Easter Bunny came to visit as well

We went to church Sunday, where I was the only one wearing an Easter corsage. I did not mind one bit. It is an Easter tradition much like sleeping on sponge rollers, although I was glad not to partake in that this year.

We also went to Ditto Landing to cruise around in our boat. Yes, we are boating people, boating as in a Bass Tracker fishing boat. I know, classy right? It serves the same purpose. I love feeling the sun on my skin, the breeze in my hair, and just watching Tootsie Girl be our captain.

Tootsie loves it, and we don't even have to put Tootsie on a lease. Once she sees that we have put the boat in the water, she knows to go down the ramp, get in the boat, and wait.
