Twist and Roll

This flower I like to call the "Twist and Roll." Not to be confused with the "Bend and Snap"

 Here's how we roll ...

Again, cut some strips of fabric 1-2 inches wide by however long you want. It does not have to perfect. Believe me.

I cut mine 2 inches wide by 22 inches long and folded it so that I would have the patter on both sides. You can hot glue a little on both ends and the middle so that the fabric stays together.

Next, tie a knot in one end. Bend that lovely piece of fabric toward the knot and hot glue together.

This will be the center of your flower ...

Then, just twist the fabric and continue to roll around each layer. Again, this does not have to be perfect and it may take a while to get the hang of it.

When you finish, your flower will look something like this. I like that you can see the threads. It goes well with my other tattered flowers.

The back ... I just hot glued the very end to the back.

Voila! Rolled fabric flowers!

Tomorrow - my favorite - the Yo-Yo!
