Have you noticed that there have not been any Monthly Menus lately? We really just finished eating the January Menu. I have no idea how that happened. We are also trying to diet as well as be good stewards of our money, time, and food. I may also be too tired from all the exercise that we seem to be doing to cook an elaborate meal! Not!
This month, I am going to try something a little different. I have created a menu based on what I already have in my pantry. These meals will be pretty small and hopefully healthy. They will also probably create 2-4 meals, so I will be able to freeze some things for future use. Based on what I already have this is what I can make:
Vegetable Beef Soup
Spaghetti Bake and Green Beans
Lasagna and Green Beans
Three Meat Pizza
Ham and Cheese Calzones
Chicken and Dumplings
Pork Tenderloin, Potatoes, and Green Beans
Cube Steak, Rice, and Sweet Peas
I will only go to the grocery store for the essentials - coffee creamer, milk, fresh produce, eggs, meats, etc. I will probably still check the sales ads and coupons for deals to make next months menu. I will let you know how it turns out!
