Easy Blueberry Pie

I had to call Betty Love, my sweet grandmother to get this recipe. I made it when Lea Ann came this weekend. It was delicious, and as Betty Love says, "Its better with ice cream!" It was!


1 Egg
1 cup Sugar
1 TB Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Butter
1/3 cup Self-Rising Flour
2 cups Blueberries
1 unbaked Pie Shell

Ice cream


Cream all ingredients except the blueberries. Fold in the blueberries. Pour mixture in an unbacked pie shell and bake for 350 degrees for 45 minutes. There you have it!
