This is what happens when your dog loves the water more than she has sense. She did not understand that she needed to stay in the boat so that we could get gas at the marina. She was not hurt with the rope. In fact she responded very well with it. I guess she knew that she had reached her limit and be good! Our plan was that Ken would fish and I would read. Unfortunately, Tootsie had other plans for us. We will know better next time, but all the while, we had a wonderful time. We visited a local river, docked at a water park that will open soon, and just enjoyed the great weather as well as let Tootsie stretch her legs. I even worked on my mad boat driving skills. I do pretty good, until I meet another boat. I did pass my boat test, so now I just need to learn to drive! Ha!
