An Anthro Look Like

I absolutely love going to Anthropology for inspiration! When trying to shop the house for new items for the living room, I remembered that Ken has built this box for me. I cut out a bird and twig using my Cricut, Modged Poged some torn newspaper, and watered down some paint to create this look. I added some fun things that Ken had found like the insulators and telephone.

This reminds me of a small section in one of my favorite books Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe by Fannie Flagg. Apparently Ninny often liked to phone until Idgie told her that the birds perched on her line where listening to her phone conversation. Once she found out Ninny would always look on the phone line to see if there where any birds there before she made a phone call! Ha!
